Flax seed booboo packs are a natural way to relieve pain (bumps, scrapes, earaches, toothaches, for your every day booboos). Each booboo pack is handmade using custom design fabrics and filled with 100% flax seed.
FLAX SEED is a durable and pliable material that gently conforms to the body. Unlike rice or corn (which contains mostly water), flax seed is comprised of 30-40% oil which retains heat longer and does not evaporate over time. When heated, booboo packs can retain heat for up to 30 minutes providing a gentle, moist heat. The packs can also be stored in the freezer to provide quick, cooling relief.
MEASUREMENTS & MATERIALS
- Purchase includes 1 custom fabric booboo pack of choice. Each pack measures approximately 4x4 inches and contains 100% natural brown flax seeds about 1 cup per bag. It is just the right size to soothe owies on little ones' head, shoulders, knees, and toes!
- Finished weight of each pack is approximately 6/7 ounces depending on fabric choice.
- booboo packs are made of 100% cotton canvas or cotton woven custom fabric material. Do not immerse in water; spot clean only.
FRAGRANCE-FREE
To accommodate those who experience sensitivity to fragrance or have allergies, all products are made FRAGRANCE-FREE (100% natural brown flax seeds). To incorporate aromatherapy into your therapy pack, add a couple drops of your favorite essential oil to the outside of the booboo pack (add additional drops as scent fades).
WARM THERAPY
Microwave for 15-30 seconds. Provides gentle, comforting heat therapy for up to 30 minutes. Reheat as often as you would like.
COOL THERAPY
Store in freezer (in re-sealable storage bag) for 2-4 hours. Provides quick cooling relief for up to 30 minutes.
